2001/07/30 The Corrections for Parts Manual, HEBP1719-05 are Now Available {1000, 5057, 5061, 7000} Caterpillar

Information in the above parts manual has been corrected. The corrections include the following changes:

• The cover of this parts manual has been changed. The new cover shows that the 214B has replaced the incorrect 2114B in the title.

• The inside cover has been changed. The inside cover shows that the 214B has replaced the incorrect 2114B in the title.

Note: The Parts Manual, HEBP1719-05, June 1994 does not contain an Illustration for the 8U-7205 Hydraulic Motor .

Note: A separate Illustration for 8U-7205 Hydraulic Motor is available in this Service Magazine. Refer to Table 1 for a parts list for 8U-7205 Hydraulic Motor. Illustration 1 shows the components of the 8U-7205 Hydraulic Motor .

The availability of a separate illustration for the 8U-7205 Hydraulic Motor in this Service Magazine should be noted on the following pages of the parts manual.

• The consist list that is located on page "218", page "218.00.04", and page "218.03.01" has the letter (Y) in the note column for the 8U-7205 Hydraulic Motor. The letter (Y) incorrectly indicated that a separate illustration was available for the 8U-7205 Hydraulic Motor .

• The caption that is located on page "218", page "218.00.01", page "218.00.04", and page "218.00.05" incorrectly indicated that a separate illustration for the 8U-7205 Hydraulic Motor was available on page "218.04".
