M315 (S/N: 7ML1-1374)
M318 (S/N: 6ES1-237; 8AL1-1953; 8SS1-459)
M320 (S/N: 6WL1-367; 9PS1-267)

A new seal kit is available for the swivel group of the machines that are listed. The new seal kit includes a new cover for the high pressure stator of the 139-3369 Swivel Gp. The new cover has additional seals. The additional seals of the cover prevent contamination of the swivel rotor. The absence of dirt prevents premature wear of the rotor.

The new 169-5695 Seal Kit is a direct replacement for the former 147-7244 Seal Kit. The new 169-5695 Seal Kit is adaptable to the machines that are equipped with the second generation of the ALA Swivel.

Reference: Refer to Service Magazine, SEPD0442 for the different swivels.

Note: The high pressure dirt seal (top) (H) must be greased prior to assembly. Failure to grease the seal may reduce the service life of the seal.

Note: The rotor may require chrome plating prior to the installation of the new seals.

The following illustrations identify the new seals for installation purposes.
