Description Of Change: Improved expansion tank lines are now used on the machines listed above. The improved expansion tank line results in less air in the radiator, which provides extended service life.

Adaptable To: Improved lines are adaptable to machines and effective in production with machines that are listed in Table 1.

  1. Prepare vent line running from the thermostat housing to the expansion tank.

    (5) 7K-1181 Cable Strap

  2. Splice parts into vent line.

    Use (3) clamps to secure fittings and adaptors to vent line. Use (5) straps to secure splice.
