Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the belt tightener.

2. Remove th refrigerant compressor.

1. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

2. Remove two bolts (5).

3. Remove bolts (1) and plate assembly (2).

4. Remove bolts (4) and plate assembly (3).

5. Remove bolts (6) and plate assembly (7).
   Show/hide table

6. Remove two bolts (8).

7. Remove bolts (9) and reposition elbow (10).
   Show/hide table

8. Remove bolts (11) and water pump (12).

Installation Procedure

1. Install water pump (12) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolts (1), (4), (5), and (6).
