Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.
To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
- Install O-ring seals (9) onto plugs (4) and (5).
- Install spool (7) and spring (8).
- Install spool (6).
- Install plugs (4) and (5). Tighten plugs (4) and (5) to a torque of
50 ± 7 N·m (37 ± 5 lb ft) .Show/hide table

Illustration 6 g01211570 - Lubricate the O-ring seals on valve assembly (2) with lubricant that is being sealed. Install valve assembly (2) and bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of
4 ± 1 N·m (35 ± 9 lb in) . - Repeat Step 6 and Step 7 for the remaining valve assemblies.
