- Open the hood. Fasten an appropriate lifting device to the hood. Put a slight lifting tension on the hood.

- Remove cotter pin (2) and washer (1). Remove hood support rod (3) .

- Remove mounting bolts (4). Remove the hood. The weight of the hood is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

Installation Procedure
- Use an appropriate lifting device to install the hood on the machine. The weight of the hood is approximately 23 kg (50 lb).

- Use an appropriate lifting device to support the hood in the OPEN position.
- Install mounting bolts (4) .
- Install hood support rod (3) in the bracket on the hood. Install washer (1) and cotter pin (2) .

- Remove the hoist from the hood. Close the hood.
