Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to the fuel tank. An empty fuel tank weighs approximately 100 kg (222 lb). Place the fuel tank in the proper position on the excavator.

- Install bolts (27) and spacers (28) in order to secure the fuel tank to the excavator.

- Install the fuel supply hose on valve assembly (23). Tighten hose clamp (24) in order to secure the fuel supply hose onto valve assembly (23). Install bolt (25) and clip (26) in order to secure the fuel supply hose to the fuel tank.

- Install door assembly (22). Install the bolts that secure door assembly (22) to the excavator. Two bolts are located on each side of the door assembly.

- Install the hose on the fuel tank. Tighten hose clamp (21) in order to secure the hose to the fitting on the fuel tank. Install bolt (19) and clip (20) in order to secure the hose to the fuel tank.

- Assemble sleeves (17) and bracket (18) on the handhold assembly. Install bolts (16) in the bracket.

- Install cover (15) and install bolts (14) .

- Install the storage box in position on the excavator. Install bolts (13) in the bottom of the storage box. Install bolts (12) that fasten the storage box to the step. Install bolt assembly (11) .

- Place the vandalism guards in the storage box and install storage box cover (10) .

- Place the solenoid valve group in position on the frame on the fuel tank, and install bolts (9). Install harness clip (8) with a bolt in order to secure the harness assembly. Secure the harness assembly with a new cable strap (7) .

- Connect harness assembly (5) to the fuel level sensor. Use a new cable strap (6) to fasten the two harness assemblies together.

- Install hood cover (3) above the main control valve. Install hood cover (4) above the fuel tank.

- Install plate (1) under the hydraulic tank. Install plate assembly (2) under the fuel tank.
