  1. Install heating and air conditioning unit (50).

  2. Install bolts (53) and bolts (52). Install bolt (51), not shown. Tighten bolts (53), bolts (52) and bolt (51) to a torque of 6 ± 1 N·m (53.11 ± 8.90 lb in).

  3. Connect hose (49) and hose (48).

  4. Connect hose assembly (47) and hose assembly (45). Install clamp (44) and bolt (46).

  5. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to install seat support (43).

  6. Install bolt (42) and bolt (41) on the rear of the seat support.

  7. On the left side of the seat support, install bolt (39). Install bolt (40) not shown.

  9. Install bolts (37) on the front, left side of the seat support.

  10. Secure harness assemblies (35) to the floor plate with new cable strap (36).

  11. Install duct (33) and screws (34).

  12. Connect hose assemblies (32) to pilot valve (31).

  13. Connect harness assembly (29) to sensor (30).

  14. Install blade valve (25). Install front bolt (28) and rear bolt (27). Connect harness assembly (26).

  15. Install recessed bolt (24) and bolts (23).

  16. Secure harness assemblies (22) to the floor plate with new cable straps (21).

  17. On the back of front panel (18), connect harness assemblies (19) to hour meter (20).

  18. Install front panel (18) and bolts (17).

  19. Carefully install harness assembly (14) through console assembly (5). Install sleeve (16) on harness assembly (14). Install new cable straps (15).

  21. Install cover (13). Install boot (9) through opening (11).

  22. Install armrest (10). Install pin (12).

  23. Secure the harness assemblies with new cable straps (8).

  24. Return left side console assembly (5) to the original upright position.

  25. Install bolt (7) and bolt (6). Install bolt (4), not shown.

  26. Install clip (2) and bolt (3).

  27. Connect harness assemblies (1).

  28. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct filling procedure.

  29. Charge the refrigerant. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "All Products Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a for All AVSpare Machines" for the charging procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG2500, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.

End By:

  1. Install the seat.

  2. Install the cab.
