1.1. Disassemble Procedure

Disassemble Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the drift reduction valve (boom).

    Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment.

    Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.


  1. Remove bolts (10), cover (9), O-ring seal (8), spring (7), retainer (6), and spool assembly (5).

  2. Remove bolts (1), cover (2), O-ring seal (3), and piston (4).

  3. Remove relief valve (11).

  4. Remove bolts (12), cover (13), spring (16), valve (17).

  5. Remove O-ring seal (15) and backup ring (14) from cover (13).

  6. Remove nut (18), screw (19), spring (21), plunger (22), body (23), spring (27), spring (28), plunger (29), valve (30), and valve (33) from body (34).

  7. Remove O-ring seal (20) from screw (19).

  8. Remove O-ring seal (26), backup rings (25), and O-ring seal (24) from body (23).

  9. Remove backup rings (32) and O-ring seal (31) from valve (30).

  10. Remove O-ring seal (35) from body (34).

  11. Remove plugs (36) and the O-ring seals.
