The Monitor contains a number of menus that enable the operator or technician to access, select or change machine operating parameters in order to define how the machine will operate. Illustration 1 shows the menus and options that can be accessed on the Monitor. A description of each menu is provided in the following sections of this manual.
Note: All of the menus and selections shown may not be available on all machine models depending on the machine configuration and attachments.

In order to display the main menu, press menu key (4) when the default display is active.

After the menu key is pressed the following six options are displayed: "QUICK COUPLER", "PREFERENCES", "TOOL SELECT", "FILTER FLUID HOURS", "SERVICE OPTIONS" and SERVICE OPTIONS PW. The "SERVICE OPTIONS PW" option does not show up until a password has been entered. Press up key (1) or press down key (6) in order to highlight the desired menu. Press OK key (8). Press the cancel key in order to exit the main menu and return to the default display.
Note: If no keys are pressed within 30 seconds, the main menu will be cancelled and default display will be shown.
"QUICK COUPLER" - This menu allows the operator to lock the quick coupler. This menu also allows the operator to unlock the quick coupler. Refer to Systems Operation, "Quick Coupler Menu" for further information.
"PREFERENCES" - This menu allows the operator to customize the display. The operator can change the following items: language, clock, contrast and brightness. Refer to the Systems Operation, "Preferences Menu" for more information.
"TOOL SELECT" - This menu allows the operator to select the proper predefined tool. Refer to Systems Operation, "Tool Select Menu" for further information.
"FILTER / FLUID HOURS" - This menu allows the operator or the service technician to view the current service hours and the recommended service intervals on a variety of maintenance items. Refer to Systems Operation, "Filter Fluid Hours Menu" for further information.
"SERVICE OPTIONS" - This menu allows the operator to view the machine information and the working hours. This menu also allows the operator to set the indicator for the tool. Refer to Systems Operation, "Service Options Menu" or Systems Operation, "Service Options PW Menu" for further information.
