Implement circuit connections for machines in the following serial number ranges: BDR2001-UP, BDM2001-UP, BDX2001-UP, BCZ2001-UP, BDK2001-UP, BDY2001-UP,, BEB2001-UP, H2A1-UP, H2B1-UP, H2C1-UP, H2D1-UP, H2E1-UP, H2F1-UP and H2G1-UP. |
The hydraulics for the implements on the machine can be disabled by the operator with two methods. The operator can raise the left armrest or the operator can press the implement lockout switch on the soft switch panel. When one of these events occurs, the ECM will de-energize the implement lockout solenoid at contact J2-45 (wire K777-GY). The ECM will also de-energize the implement lockout relay at contact J2-33 (wire M927-GN) which will disable the medium pressure functions (if equipped) or the joystick functions. When these two actions take place, all hydraulic controlled functions on the machine will be disabled with the exception of travel, steering and brakes.
When the relay and the solenoid are energized, the work tools are active. The machine ECM provides a ground for the relay at J2-33 (wire M927-GN). The ECM de-energizes the relay by removing the ground. The relay provides power to functions that are controlled by the joysticks on certain models or to the medium pressure switch on other models (see illustrations above).
The armrest is connected to the machine ECM at contact J1-54 (wire E918-GN) and contact J1-55 (wire E917-WH). When the armrest is raised, the pilot hydraulics are disabled. The pilot hydraulics will return to their prior state when the armrest is lowered.
If a diagnostic code for the armrest position switch exists, the implements are locked out. If the status of the implement lockout switch is not known, the implements are locked out. For example, the switch status is not known when an open circuit (broken wire) exists between the machine ECM and the soft switch panel.
