(1) Torque for the bolt ... 175 ± 30 N·m (129 ± 22 lb ft)

(2) Lubricate the sealing lip of the four lip type seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Note: All bores must be free of paint. Use the 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge in order to lubricate the bores for the pins.

Pin diameter ... 79.850 ± 0.025 mm (3.1437 ± 0.0010 inch)

Bore diameter for the pin ... 80.043 ± 0.043 mm (3.1513 ± 0.0017 inch)

(4) 107-2139 Pin

Pin diameter ... 79.85 ± 0.04 mm (3.144 ± 0.002 inch)

Bore diameter for the pin ... 80.25 ± 0.02 mm (3.160 ± 0.001 inch)

(5) 202-7760 Pin

Pin diameter ... 79.850 ± 0.025 mm (3.1437 ± 0.0010 inch)

Bore diameter for the pin ... 80.043 ± 0.043 mm (3.1513 ± 0.0017 inch)

(6) As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the minimum lateral clearance to the maximum of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).

Thickness of 7Y-2498 Shim ... 1.6 mm (0.06 inch)

Thickness of 093-0115 Shim ... 2.0 mm (0.08 inch)

Note: Make sure that the bushings are installed in the bore so that the part numbers of the bushings are facing outward.

Inside diameter ... 80.20 ± 0.04 mm (3.157 ± 0.002 inch)

Outside diameter ... 95.180 ± 0.013 mm (3.7472 ± 0.0005 inch)

(8) 7Y-3428 Bushing

Inside diameter ... 80.25 ± 0.02 mm (3.159 ± 0.001 inch)

Outside diameter ... 95.180 ± 0.013 mm (3.7472 ± 0.0005 inch)

(9) As required, use the following shims in order to adjust the minimum lateral clearance to the maximum of 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
